Efficiency meets proven standards: In this project, we realised a highly dynamic measuring fixture for the quality assurance of e-mobility components. Special features: Over 70 % of the construction consists of norelem standard parts (including vertical stages, positioning systems). In this video, we present an innovative fixture for high-precision laser labelling and engraving of cylindrical workpieces.
The centrepiece of the system is a rotary positioning stage with a powerful toothed belt drive, which ensures smooth and precisely controlled rotary movements. This permits labelling with high repeat precision - ideal for demanding applications such as marking scale lines, technical markings or individual labelling.
The combination of mechanical precision and modern laser technology enables efficient and high-quality processing - even for complex geometries or large batches.
