High-performance bell suction cups with textured surface for the deformation-free gasping of thin sheets. Optimum positioning of oily sheets due to anti-slip support ribs. The bell suction cups offer extreme slip resistance during high acceleration and are weight-optimised and therefore particularly suitable for robotic applications.

The vulcanised-on fasteners ensure a secure and tight fit.

These bell suction cups are suitable for handling sheet metal, glass and plastics in the sheet metal forming, body shop, glass handling and assembly fields.

The material TPU is characterised by excellent oil resistance and temperature resistance from -20 °C to +100 °C (briefly up to +120 °C) and high resistance to abrasion.

Compared to standard flat suction cups, bell suction cups offer an average of 25 % more tractive force, 10 % more lateral force and longer travel.

Forces F1 and F2:
The forces specified in the table refer to a 65% vacuum on dry sheet metal with a smooth, flat surface, without any safety factor.

Internal volume:
Corresponds to the volume that must be evacuated during the suction cycle. This volume must be taken into account for the total volume of the grasping system and thus by calculating the suction duration.
